Each individual is permitted to hold one Account on the nbajee Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices are used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where nbajee identifies duplicate accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed, and any Balance or pending winnings associated with those accounts may be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. nbajee relies on the accuracy of this information for identity verification, payment processing, and compliance purposes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nbajee Login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. nbajee will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. nbajee may require you to complete identity verification at any stage, including prior to processing your first withdrawal, following unusual account activity, or upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence, together with a recent proof of residential address. nbajee will process verification documents in a reasonable timeframe and will communicate any outstanding requirements to you via your registered email address.
nbajee currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Visa. The availability of individual payment methods may vary from time to time. nbajee does not accept deposits made from payment accounts held in the name of a third party — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your Account verification status. nbajee reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time without prior notice.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are generally credited to your Account Balance within minutes of confirmation by the relevant payment provider. nbajee is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems. All transactions on the nbajee Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nbajee does not charge currency conversion fees. If your payment account operates in a different currency, your payment provider may apply its own conversion rates — nbajee has no control over and accepts no liability for such charges.
To request a withdrawal from your Account, you must have completed any applicable KYC verification requirements and must not have any pending withdrawal requests or Account investigations outstanding. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into your Account, subject to operational availability.
nbajee aims to process approved withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. nbajee will communicate any delays to you via your registered email address.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to individual wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal as Real Money Funds. The specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and expiry periods for each bonus are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before applicable wagering requirements have been met will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.
nbajee reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, investigation of potential Terms violations, or receipt of a legal hold or similar order from a competent authority. nbajee will inform you of any such withholding and the reasons for it subject to any legal restrictions on disclosure.
From time to time, nbajee may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each offer is presented:
Once a bet or wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is final and binding on both parties subject to the void-bet provisions in section 8.3. You may not cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including stake amount, selected odds, and selected outcome — before confirming any bet.

nbajee reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

Personal data collected by nbajee is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, customer support, fraud prevention, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. nbajee does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nbajee's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nbajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, nbajee will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-Platform notification before the updated Terms take effect. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of the Terms document.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining Balance in your Account by contacting support at [email protected].
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. nbajee operates as an online platform and makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction.
